1. How does the AI work?
PetMind samples about 5 frames from your video locally on the device, and only those thumbnail frames are sent through our AI gateway to a vision model to generate the reading. Full videos never leave your device, and sampled frames are not used for model training.
2. Is this veterinary advice?
No. PetMind is for curiosity and behavior reflection only — it is not veterinary diagnosis. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical concerns.
3. How much does the free tier include?
The free tier gives 3 AI video readings per week, plus unlimited use of core features like recording, history, multi-pet profiles, and health reminders. Upgrade to PetMind Pro for more readings.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store app → your account → Subscriptions → PetMind → Cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; after cancellation you keep Pro features until the end of the current period.
5. How do I delete my data?
In PetMind: Settings → Delete Account & Data. This erases everything on-device and in the cloud in one tap and cannot be undone; deleting your account also withdraws all consent.
6. Which pets are supported?
PetMind focuses on common behavior patterns of dogs and cats (play, rest, alert, anxious, excited, lethargic, low appetite, scratching, vocalizing, exploring, affectionate, and more). Results are for reference only.
