PetMind Privacy Policy

PetMind helps pet owners reflect on their pet’s behavior. We are privacy-first: your videos stay on your device.

1. What we collect

  • Apple user identifier (no real name) — to recognize you across devices.
  • Optional email — only if you choose to share it via Sign in with Apple.
  • On device only: pet profiles, video files, AI analysis results, reminder settings.
  • Subscription status — synced via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store.

2. What we do NOT collect

  • No real name (unless you share it through Sign in with Apple).
  • No precise location, contacts, or call history.
  • No photo-library content other than videos you choose or record.
  • No third-party advertising SDKs. No clipboard reading.

3. Video & AI data flow

Your original video files are never uploaded to any server. For AI analysis, the app samples about 5 still frames locally from the video, and only those thumbnail frames are sent through our AI gateway (newapi.zweiteng.tk) to a vision model to generate the reading. Frames are not used for model training; session-level request logs are retained for no more than 30 days.

4. Third-party services

  • Apple App Store / StoreKit — handles subscriptions and payment.
  • RevenueCat — aggregates subscription status.
  • AI gateway (newapi.zweiteng.tk) — generates behavior readings from sampled frames.
  • Supabase — authentication and encrypted cloud sync of your account data.

5. Your rights

  • Access: all your data is shown inside the app.
  • Delete: tap Settings → Delete Account & Data to erase all data on the device and in the cloud. This cannot be undone.
  • Withdraw consent: deleting your account withdraws all consent.

6. Children

PetMind is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact settings@sanva.tk to request deletion.

7. Medical disclaimer

PetMind is for curiosity and behavior reflection only. It is not veterinary diagnosis. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.
